Description
The BA600C cordless hydraulic tool is designed for crimping electrical connectors on conductors up to 300 mm² and is compatible with the Cembre 60 kN standard die series, shared with other tools and heads in the same force class.
The Adaptive Control function automatically adjusts the crimping force according to the connector cross-section and stops the cycle when the dies reach the stop point, ensuring precise control of the process. The tool detects the presence of the connector inserted in the head and stops the dies' stroke at first contact, allowing the correct positioning to be checked before crimping.
The 180° openable and rotatable head, compact pistol design and ergonomic handle make it easy to use even in demanding operating conditions. The double-click activation system and automatic shut-off after 3 minutes of inactivity contribute to safety of use.
The OLED display allows the main working parameters to be monitored, while SMARTOOL technology allows recorded data to be viewed and downloaded. The tool is powered by an 18 V rechargeable battery.
