Description
The colour-coded cable lugs of the CL-D series are designed to provide reliable electrical connections on copper conductors that comply with North American standards.
They are manufactured from high-purity electrolytic copper tube and undergo annealing and electrolytic tin-plating processes to facilitate crimping and increase resistance to mechanical stress.
The two-hole palm ensures high stability of the connection even under severe electrodynamic stresses.
The barrel features an extended length to allow for multiple crimping operations and is without an inspection hole to limit the ingress of moisture and contaminants, characteristics that make it particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications. It is also fitted with a chamfer to facilitate the insertion of the conductor.
