Description
The reinforced male bullet terminals of the KF-BM series are fitted with a copper ring in the barrel, designed to ensure reliable connections on copper conductors even in applications characterised by continuous stress, vibration and oscillation.
They are manufactured from high-purity electrolytic copper strip and undergo annealing and electrolytic tin-plating processes to increase resistance to mechanical stress and improve the durability of the connection.
They feature a halogen-free PA6.6 insulated cover with an internal funnel-shaped profile, designed to facilitate conductor insertion and prevent wire kinking during wiring.
The internal knurling of the barrel improves contact between the conductor and the connector, helping to increase traction strength and the long-term reliability of the connection.
The KF-BM series connectors comply with the EN 45545-2 standard.
