AR60A-29 RAIL WEB CABLE CONNECTION SYSTEM DOUBLE CONTACT BUSH

Designed and developed by CEMBRE, the AR60A-29 electrical rail contact is the ideal choice for various applications, including TE return and track circuit connection. Like any AR series electrical connection system, this contact is quick and easy to install in all weather conditions and, thanks to the perfect tightening by extrusion of the bushing, is able to guarantee a constant electrical resistance over time and considerable mechanical strength. The AR60A-29 rail contact is suitable for installation in holes with a diameter of 19 mm on rails with a shank thickness between 28 and 33 mm. It comes complete with an electrolytic copper fringed sleeve, M12 screw with discharged head, discharged and flat washer, and stainless steel self-locking nut. Tested and approved by the world's major railway authorities, the CEMBRE rail contact allows the electrical connection to be made at any time and can be easily removed for maintenance. No heat generation during installation prevents alterations and structural deformation of the rail. Versatile and easy to install, the flanged bushing can accommodate numerous types of electrical connectors approved for connection with rail-specific cables. In the extrusion process, the sleeve fits perfectly into the surface of the insertion hole regardless of its size and quality, without the need for any preparation prior to installation.
