Description
B70M‑P36R is a battery-powered electro-hydraulic pump designed to operate completely independently, generating a pressure of up to 700 bar, which can be released at any time in complete safety using the dedicated control. It is equipped with a two-speed hydraulic system, which optimises working times, making operations faster and more efficient.
The pump body is yellow to enhance the visibility of both the tool and the operator, particularly in high-risk environments such as the railway sector.
The pump connects to CEMBRE hydraulic heads via a high-pressure flexible hose, complete with male and female quick-release couplings with automatic locking, ensuring a safe and reliable connection throughout all operational phases.
Operation is via the controls integrated into the machine body, designed to facilitate both start-up and pressure release; alternatively, a control panel with extension is available for remote control.
Quiet and easy to handle, the pump features a compact and robust design, engineered to withstand even heavy-duty use. The device ensures an IP44M protection rating, making it suitable even for demanding operating environments.
To ensure maximum safety, it incorporates a maximum pressure valve, a quick-release system and a start button protected against accidental activation.
The pump is also equipped with an OLED display for real-time monitoring of key operating parameters and the Smart Logo system, which provides immediate feedback on operational status.
Finally, SMARTOOL technology enables data logging, viewing and downloading, offering comprehensive digital support for operational traceability.
