Description
MTMA-GC series joints are made from aluminum round bar of greater than 99.5% purity. They are the ideal choice for splicing with reduction of aluminum or copper cables. The watertight diaphragm prevents mixture migration in the splicing of impregnated paper cables with solid-insulated cables, in case of large unevenness along the conductor path. The inner surface is protected from oxidation by a special high drop point grease. The body is provided with chamfer at the ends and "stop" system in the middle to facilitate insertion of conductors.
