Description

The RHU520 hydraulic head is suitable for installing crimping electrical connectors on conductors up to 1200 mm2. It adopts the standard die set compatible with other 520 kN tools and heads. It is an ideal choice for crimping high-voltage overhead power transmission lines. The head is enclosed and comes complete with a male quick coupler with automatic locking. By means of the AU520-130C adapter, it can employ the semicircular plug-in die set common to tools developing a force of 130 kN. For its operation, it needs to be combined with a hydraulic pump with a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar.
