Description
The 9007FR series intumescent seals are installed on EWO cable entry systems to provide fire protection in accordance with EN 45545-3.
Made of intumescent graphite, the seal reacts upon contact with flames and heat sources by expanding and sealing the cable entry system. This process effectively blocks the spread of fire through cable entry points.
Installation on the EWO cable entry system frame is quick and easy thanks to the tightening screw system, which reduces installation time and costs and facilitates any maintenance work on the cables.
For complete protection, custom-cut graphite strips can be added along the sides of the cable entry system, providing a complete seal and an effective fire barrier.
