Description

The ROBOKATTA® series RDS-14PN-AA automatic rail disc saw is the world's only fully automatic rail disc cutting tool. It is designed to move autonomously until the cutting operation is complete. The convenient radio remote control allows the machine to be stopped at any time from a safe distance. This rail disc saw is suitable for cutting vignette rails, and its innovative variable speed drive system makes it compatible with both 350 mm and 400 mm abrasive cutting discs. It is equipped with a throttle lock for automatic cutting and also with an automatic arm with mechanical transmission for proper swinging and safe handling of the load on the rail. The automatic rail disc saw is equipped with an electronic remote control system to stop the machine in case of overload and to receive notifications about cleaning or replacement of filters and drive belt. It is compatible with manual arm SA-RDS and is also available in CUT-OFF version with automatic arm RDSC-14PN-AA.
