AR67 RAIL WEB CABLE CONNECTION SYSTEM DOUBLE CONTACT BUSH

Designed and developed by CEMBRE, the AR67 electrical rail contact is the ideal choice for various applications for track circuit signaling systems, including power, receiving, and continuity connection. Like any AR series electrical connection system, this contact is quick and easy to install in all weather conditions and, thanks to the perfect tightening by extrusion of the bushing, is able to guarantee constant electrical resistance over time and considerable mechanical strength. The AR67 rail electric contact is suitable for installation in holes with a diameter of 8 mm on rails with shank thicknesses between 14 and 16.5 mm. It is complete with electrolytic copper fringed bushing, M12 screw with discharged head, flat washer and stainless steel self-locking nut. Tested and approved by the world's major railway authorities, the CEMBRE rail electrical contact allows electrical connection to be made at any time and can be easily removed to perform maintenance operations. No heat generation during installation prevents alterations and structural deformation of the rail. Versatile and easy to install, the flanged bushing can accommodate numerous types of electrical connectors approved for connection with rail-specified cables. In the extrusion process, the sleeve fits by adapting perfectly to the surface of the insertion hole regardless of its size and quality, without the need for any preparation before installation.
