Description

无线液压工具 BA500适用于在截面积达300 mm²的导线上安装电气压接连接器。该压接工具采用与其他工具兼容的标准模具系列及50 kN压头。

凭借自适应控制功能，BA500压接工具会自动调节压接力，根据连接器的截面积进行调整，并在模具达到停止点时立即停止压接。这样，BA500仅使用实际需要的压接力，避免每次都达到700巴的最大压力。自适应控制功能可由操作员根据需要启用。

BA500可检测连接器是否插入头部，一旦遇到轻微阻力，将自动停止模具行程，保持连接器不被压缩，使操作员可检查连接器在模具间的正确位置并准确对齐导线在端子内。

头部可打开并旋转180°以适应多种使用模式。BA500压接工具采用紧凑型手枪式设计，配备人体工学手柄，操作安静且易于操控，即使长时间使用也能确保高舒适度。为提升安全性，BA500配备双击激活系统，可防止意外启动并增强使用控制。工具在三分钟无操作后自动关闭，以最大程度保障安全并降低能耗。

该工具配备优化OLED显示屏，可实时监测各项参数，包括：
• 压接力及压接操作的正确性
• 电池电量状态
• 已完成的工作循环次数及维护前剩余循环次数
• 其他一般运行信息

为提升用户体验，工具配备自动可充电电池锁定系统，并配有控制按钮。
SMARTOOL技术允许您查看和下载记录的数据，确保完整的数字支持。
