Conceived and developed by CEMBRE, the AR260G double rail electrical contact is the ideal choice for various applications, including generally TE return connection, track circuit connection, and double electrical contact. As with every AR series electrical connection system, this contact is quick and easy to install in any weather condition and, thanks to the perfect extrusion tightening of the bushing, it is able to guarantee constant electrical resistance over time and considerable mechanical strength. The AR260G electric rail contact is suitable for installation from both sides in holes with a diameter of 19 mm on rails with shank thicknesses between 14 and 16.5 mm. It is complete with electrolytic copper fringed bushing, bushing, M12 screw with discharged head, flat washers and stainless steel self-locking nut. Tested and approved by the world's major rail authorities, the CEMBRE rail electrical contact allows electrical connection to be made at any time and can be easily removed to perform maintenance operations. No heat generation during installation prevents alterations and structural deformation of the rail. Versatile and easy to install, the flanged bushing in pair with electrolytic copper alloy bushing can accommodate numerous types of electrical connectors approved for connection with rail-specified cables. In the extrusion process, the bushing mated sleeve fits by adapting perfectly to the surface of the insertion hole regardless of its size and quality, without the need for any preparation before installation.
