Description

The ECW-H3D hydraulic head is suitable for installing crimping electrical connectors on conductors up to 630 mm2. It adopts the standard die set compatible with other 230 kN tools and heads. The head is enclosed and comes complete with a male quick-release coupling with automatic locking. Using the AU520-130C adapter, it can use the semicircular plug-in die set common to tools developing a force of 130 kN. It is also compatible with a series of dies for compressing DIN-compliant electrical connectors and with a series of cutting dies for copper, aluminium, aldrey and aluminium-steel ropes. For its operation, it is necessary to combine it with a hydraulic pump with a maximum working pressure of 700 bar.
