Description

The HT-TFC hydraulic tool is suitable for cutting shaped copper contact wires for overhead lines. It is the ideal choice to perform perpendicular cutting of contact wires without deforming the shaped profile, thus facilitating the installation of full traction joints. It adopts the standard MFC die set. The head can rotate 180° to adapt to various modes of use. Lightweight and manoeuvrable, the HT-TFC wire cutter is equipped with a two-speed hydraulic system to make contact wire cutting easier and faster, and an ergonomic handle to ensure high levels of comfort. It is also equipped with an automatically returnable handle with limited angle opening to allow cutting in one movement. For added safety, it has a pressure relief valve and a manual device for quick pressure relief.
