Description

The ROBOKATTA® RDS-14PN-AA automatic rail disc saw is the world's only fully automatic rail disc cutting tool. It is designed to move autonomously until the cutting operation is complete. The practical radio control allows the machine to be stopped at any time from a safe distance. This rail disc saw is suitable for cutting vignetted rails and, thanks to its innovative variable speed drive system, is compatible with both 350 mm and 400 mm abrasive cutting discs. It is equipped with an accelerator lock for automatic cutting and also with an automatic arm with mechanical transmission for correct oscillation and safe handling of the load on the rail. The automatic rail disc saw is equipped with an electronic remote control system to stop the machine in the event of overloading and to receive notifications about cleaning or replacement of filters and drive belt. It is compatible with manual arm SA-RDS and is also available in CUT-OFF version with automatic arm RDSC-14PN-AA.
