Description

The bimetal terminals of the CBMC-N series are the ideal choice for terminating low and medium voltage aluminium cables. Thanks to the reduced length of the barrel, these connectors are smaller, easier to handle and more compact, making them a perfect solution for industrial applications, such as installations inside motor switchboards, cabinets and terminal boxes, where space is limited.

The CBMC-N terminals have an aluminium barrel with a purity greater than 99.5% and a cover with a ring connection in electrolytic copper with a purity greater than 99.9%. The bimetallic junction between the barrel and the cover is made by friction welding.
The inside surface is protected from oxidation by a special grease with a high dropping point.
