Description

The 1012 series female disconnect terminals are made from electrolytically tin-plated brass strip to prevent oxidation and are reinforced with a copper sleeve to increase resistance to mechanical stress.
They undergo an annealing process to facilitate crimping.
They are fitted with a PVC insulated cover with an internal funnel-shaped profile, designed to facilitate the insertion of the conductor and prevent the wires from being crimped during wiring.
The internal knurling of the barrel improves the contact between the conductor and the connector, helping to increase traction strength and the long-term reliability of the connection.
The 1012 series connectors comply with the DIN 46245 standard.
