Description
MAXIINOX 7900 and 7900A series cable glands enable the safe tightening and sealing of through-hole cables on panels of electrical installations, preventing their shearing and deformation resulting from mechanical traction. They are made of stainless steel type AISI 303 and AISI 316L and are the ideal choice for applications, which require maximum protection from corrosive substances and a superior degree of hygiene. Thanks to the stainless steel's remarkable strength and IP68 protection capacity, these connectors are the optimal solution to be used in systems of production lines in the food&beverage sector, where it is necessary to prevent the risk of contamination of food products and, at the same time, ensure the safeguarding of machinery from the consequences of cleaning processes carried out by strong jets of hot water, water vapor, foam and aggressive disinfectants. These cable glands feature a Pg-type thread, according to DIN 40 430, to ensure efficient clamping between the cable shielding and the housing. They come in different diameters and with various mounting thread sizes and lengths to meet all application requirements. Locknuts, locknuts with collars, enlargers, reductions, caps, seals and multi-hole gaskets complete the series, adapting the cable glands to any use.
