The B500ND battery-powered crimping tool is designed for fast, reliable installation of electrical compression connectors on conductors up to 300 mm². This high-performance crimping tool features a standard die set compatible with other 50 kN tools and heads, ensuring versatility on the job. Its rotating, 180° openable head allows easy insertion of connectors even in confined spaces.
Engineered for comfort and safety, the B500ND offers a balanced biaxial design, ergonomic handle, low noise operation, quick pressure release, and a safety start button to prevent accidental activation. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the work area for precise crimping.
The advanced OLED display shows real-time data, including crimping force, battery charge, completed and remaining work cycles, and other operating information.
The automatic battery coupling with control button streamlines operation, while SMARTOOL technology enables recording, viewing, and downloading of performance data for full digital support and maintenance tracking.
