Description

The CP1096-KV insulated hydraulic cable cutter complies with ENEL Unified Technical Specification EA 0395. It is suitable for scanning and cutting B.T./M.T. cables with a maximum diameter of 95 mm at a maximum incidental voltage of 60 kV. It consists of a BO7000 hydraulic pump, complete with two-speed hydraulic system, capable of exerting pressure up to 700 bar by means of a practical pedal-operated lever. The cable cutter is completed by a TC096-N-500-KV insulated hydraulic head, equipped with special high-strength stainless steel blades, which is connected to a flexible hose with insulated high dielectric power oil and a flexible cable for connection to the earth electrode.
