Description

The RHU1000 hydraulic head is the ideal choice for crimping full traction, transmission and substation connectors. It adopts the standard 1100 kN die series. The head is complete with male quick coupler with automatic locking. It is also compatible with cembre, alcoa, huskie and burndy type dies. The die holder is removable for easy positioning of the connectors. The upper part of the holder automatically rotates during the die change operation so that correct positioning of the die is always guaranteed. The standard version is equipped with single-acting feed, but double-acting feed can be obtained by replacing the relief valve with a female automatic locking quick coupler. For its operation, it must be combined with a single- or double-acting hydraulic pump with a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar.
