Description

The 9007FR series intumescent seals are fitted to EWO cable entry systems to provide fire protection in accordance with EN 45545-3.
Made from intumescent graphite, the seal reacts on contact with flames and heat sources by expanding and sealing the cable entry system. This process effectively blocks the spread of fire through the cable entry points.
Installation on the EWO cable entry system is quick and easy thanks to the tightening screw system, which reduces installation time and costs and facilitates any maintenance work on the cables.
For complete protection, bespoke graphite strips can be added along the sides of the cable entry system, providing a complete seal and an effective fire barrier.
