Description

MG-ETF-PO tags are identification systems for cables, pipes, and conduits made from halogen-free polyolefin, a self-extinguishing material (Class HB according to UL94), designed for use in harsh environments and highly critical industrial settings. Thanks to their composition, these labels ensure high safety standards and are ideal for use in industrial plants, electrical panels, and electrical wiring subject to harsh environmental conditions, where clear and durable cable identification is required.

With an optimized thickness of 0.8 mm, these polyolefin cable labels offer high mechanical strength and ensure a long service life even when subjected to physical stress, vibrations, or climatic variations.

Laboratory tests have confirmed excellent resistance to exposure to sunlight, heat, and atmospheric agents, in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 4892-2 standard, making the MG-ETF-PO labels particularly suitable for outdoor applications in unprotected environments and for identifying wiring in harsh environmental conditions.

The structural properties of polyolefin and the material’s flame-retardant characteristics also allow for use in contexts where high safety standards are required, such as in the railway sector and critical infrastructure. The labels are, in fact, certified according to the EN 45545-2 standard, ensuring a compliant, safe, and durable product for cable identification and the industrial marking of electrical wiring in professional applications.
