Description
The reinforced female disconnect terminals of the KF-FP series feature a copper ring in the barrel, designed to ensure reliable connections on copper conductors even in applications characterized by continuous stress, vibration, and oscillation.
They are made from high-purity electrolytic copper strip and undergo annealing and electrolytic tin plating processes to increase resistance to mechanical stress and improve the durability of the connection.
They are fully insulated with a halogen-free PA6.6 jacket featuring an internal funnel-shaped profile, designed to facilitate conductor insertion and prevent wire kinking during wiring.
The internal knurling of the barrel improves contact between the conductor and the connector, helping to increase traction strength and ensure long-term connection reliability.
The KF-FP series disconnect terminals comply with the EN 45545-2 standard.
